Tellurian Rosé combines four varieties with the intent of crafting a serious, yet easy drinking Rosé. Grenache and Shiraz offer soft texture and light red fruit flavour, with Mouvèrdre and Nero d’Avola contributing dry, fresh acidy and savoury influence.
Wine Maker's Notes
Grapes hand picked and gently whole bunch pressed, then the juice was fermented in seasoned French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The wine remained on yeast lees in barrel and tank with regular stirring for three months prior to bottling. The final blend comprises shiraz 50%, nero d’avola 22%, Grenache 15% and Mourvèdre 13%.
